Gaucho’s is a modern Argentinian eatery and thanks to our geographic location, we are closely surrounded by some of the best produce in the world.

Be it Wagyu Beef from Mayura Station in Millicent, to Adelaide Hills lamb; At Gaucho’s seafood does take equal billing to it’s signature meat offering, be it Spencer Gulf King Prawns or Coffin Bay Oysters, we are committed to supporting local producers and suppliers where possible.

Gaucho’s is synonymous with serving the best meat in Australia. Our beef is hand selected, aged on premise to chef’s standards and butchered on site. We pride ourselves on preparing each piece with minimal interference and serving it straight from the grill to your plate.

As with our food, Gaucho’s wine list is a keen supporter of local producers and the respective regions.

It is our belief that the ultimate dining experience is one of food and wine match. From the classic Barossa Shiraz to the extremely food friendly savouriness of a Rias Baixas Albarino; the balance of wines on our list aims to take diners on a journey of new and exciting trends both locally and internationally.
